Table reservations
Table reservations are subject to availability and the arrangements communicated by AY OXFORD.
A reservation request submitted through the website is not automatically a confirmed reservation.
A reservation becomes confirmed only after AY OXFORD has reviewed the request and provided confirmation.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a reservation request, including contact details, preferred date, preferred time and party size.
Full information about the reservation process is available in our Reservation Policy.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please contact AY OXFORD as soon as reasonably possible.
We ask guests to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling whenever possible, particularly for larger group reservations.
Changes are subject to availability and are not confirmed until AY OXFORD confirms the revised arrangement.
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further information about cancellations, late cancellations and no-show reservations.
Arrival and late attendance
Guests should aim to arrive around the confirmed reservation time.
If you expect to be late, please contact us where possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, subject to availability and the circumstances at the venue.
As a general guideline, a table may normally be held for up to 15 minutes after the confirmed reservation time. After this period, the table may be released where we have not heard from you.
Further information is provided in our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.
Drinks and availability
Information displayed on the website about drinks and other refreshments is provided for general information.
Product availability, selection and pricing may change without prior notice.
The availability of a particular drink cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by AY OXFORD.
Where an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative option where appropriate.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed on menus or other website materials are provided for information and may be subject to change.
The price applicable at the venue at the time of purchase will be the relevant price for that purchase, subject to any pricing information specifically communicated to the customer.
Payment methods accepted at the venue may vary. Please contact AY OXFORD if you require information about currently available payment methods.
Age requirements
Valid identification may be requested where appropriate.
Guests must comply with applicable age restrictions and licensing requirements relating to the sale and supply of alcohol.
AY OXFORD reserves the right to request appropriate identification and to decline an alcohol sale or supply where required by law, licensing requirements or venue policy.
If you are unsure whether a particular age-related arrangement applies to your visit, please contact us before attending.
Responsible service
AY OXFORD operates in accordance with applicable licensing requirements and responsible service practices.
Staff may decline an alcohol sale or supply where required by law, licensing conditions or responsible service considerations.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the venue.
We may ask a guest to leave the premises where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, comfort or lawful operation of the venue.
